Article X: Amendments
The Constitution of the North American Saxophone Alliance may be amended by an approved vote of three-fourths those active members who cast ballots by mail, in accordance with provisions of notification and procedure described in Article VIII, Section 3. Any member of the Alliance may propose amendments to the Constitution by submitting the proposition in writing to the President who will consult on the matter with the Executive Committee. A two-thirds approval of the Executive Committee shall be required for a proposed amendment to be presented to the general membership for vote.
